ZofzPCB Return Policy

Hello there, and thank you for choosing ZofzPCB as your Gerber viewer program.
We're here to make your experience as smooth as possible. If you find yourself not entirely thrilled with your purchase, don't worry! We've got a relaxed return process for you, giving you a whole month to decide. Check out the details below.

  1. Return Eligibility

    You can return your ZofzPCB license if:
    • You've bought a ZofzPCB license.
    • Your return request is within 30 days of your purchase.
    • You haven't violated our License Agreement.

  2. Initiating a Return

    To start your return process, please send us an email at bug@zofzpcb.com. Please include your license key, license number, or email address used by the purchase so that we can identify your purchase.

  3. Return Process

    Once we've got your email, we'll forward your return request to the payment provider, either 2checkout or to Digi-Key.
    You can expect your refund to be back in your account within 30 business days using the same payment method you used when you purchased.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    In some rare cases, fees charged by third-party payment providers are, unfortunately, non-refundable.
