These license terms are an agreement between “ZofzPCB”: sole proprietorship Rafal Powierski, Max-Wallraf-Str. 13D, Köln, Germany, vatID DE314959808 and you. Please read them carefully. They apply to the software you are downloading from www.ZofzPCB.com. The terms also apply to any ZofzPCB
for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.

If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below.
The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use
the software. ZofzPCB reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more
rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted
in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in
the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.
ZofzPCB is a Freemium Software - You may not share the License Key.
You may not:
All intellectual, proprietary and copyrights remain with Rafal Powierski.
ZofzPCB may revoke your right of use or invalidate your license key, if you substantially violate your obligations referring to software protection. In cases of minor importance, ZofzPCB must first set a period during which you may make good your breach of contract.
Documentation is publicly available on https://www.zofzpcb.com/help Any person may copy and use the documentation for reference purposes.
This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support services.
YOU HAVE STATUTORY GUARANTEES UNDER THE EU AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.
ZofzPCB commits to providing software updates for a period of two years, providing free access to the latest versions and bug fixes that may be released during this period.
YOU CAN RECOVER FROM ZofzPCB AND ITS SUPPLIERS ONLY DIRECT DAMAGES UP TO U.S. $5.00. YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
ZofzPCB does not guarantee that the software product is compatible with any specific configurations.
You acknowledge that you are not located in or you are not a national of Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Libya, Sudan, Eritrea, the Crimea Region of Ukraine or any other country or region subject to comprehensive ZofzPCB economic sanctions or on any United States Government list or other government list of prohibited or restricted parties for export control or economic sanctions purposes (including lists published by the U.S. Government, European Union or the United Nations). You acknowledge that the Software and related technical data and services (collectively “Controlled Technology”) are subject to the import and export laws of the United States, specifically the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the laws of any country where Controlled Technology is imported or re-exported. The export or re-export of the Software in violation of the foregoing laws and regulations is strictly prohibited. You agree that you will comply with all applicable export or import control laws and regulations and obtain appropriate U.S. and foreign governmental authorizations before exporting, re-exporting, importing, transferring or using the Software.
If sanction enforcement mechanisms interfere with your legitimate use of the program, contact ZofzPCB to find a solution.

The above disclaimer may not apply to you because your country may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or other damages.
In case any stipulation of this contract is invalid, the validity of this contract overall shall not be affected. In this event, the parties referred to in this contract shall replace an invalid stipulation by a valid stipulation which comes closest to the economic intention of the invalid stipulation.
This agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your country. You may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you acquired the software. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.
The parties, if they are merchants by registration, hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the operator's main place of business.
This contract shall conform with, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and statutes of the Federal Republic of Germany.

LGPL gives you certain rights, mainly to supply your own version of the library instead of the one ZofzPCB is shipped with (with the bugs fixed, for instance). The License requirements are realized by using shared library (DLL) and including the library headers in closed sources of ZofzPCB, as the exception allows.
